We here at GMIU have established the 'Women Harassment Prevention Cell' to stop all types of harassment towards women. The cell is committed to providing a safe, secure, and supportive environment for all female students, faculty, and staff.
OBJECTIVES FOR THE CELL
To prevent discrimination and sexual harassment against women.
To deal with cases of harassment in a time-bound manner aiming to support victims.
To arrange regular seminars for 'Women Empowerment' and 'Self Defense' to equip women with the skills to protect themselves.
To organize special awareness events, such as the 'HALLA BOL' session in our college, to promote safety and confidence.
