Faculty of Management at GMIU offers 2 years (4 Semesters) Masters of Business Administration (MBA) for all eligible graduates aspiring for a career in the field of management. On the successful completion of the 2-year programme, the students are awarded Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree. The department was established with the prime philosophy to create leaders well equipped with strong functional skills along with palpable ethos to contribute to the society at the micro as well as at the macro level.

The case study method brings leadership to life. Students step into the shoes of case protagonists, real business leaders, and learn to make tough decisions as they are challenged by the diverse perspectives of classmates. Students then apply this learning in experiential field programs and independent studies to practice what it means to become a leader who makes a difference in the world. Each of these learning platforms contributes to a truly global experience, from global cases and protagonists, to classrooms and project-based experiences.

For creating leaders of tomorrow, the department has developed a Unique System. Students can opt for any specialization out of Finance / Marketing / HR along with choice of subjects. The pedagogy comprises of classroom lectures, industry exposure and training, experimental learning methods, live project work, case analysis, management quiz, group discussions, corporate expert interactions, soft skill development, research orientation, and international exposure.
