Procedure: Applicant can apply either manually in the copyright office or through an e-filing facility available on the official website.
Understand the Type of Intellectual Property (patent, trademark and copyright). Search and analysis (search to ensure that your intellectual property is unique). Determine applicability (confirm creation qualifies under the relevant intellectual property category)
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation of your creation or invention, including specifications, drawings, or any other relevant information.
Patents: A patentable invention, file a patent application with the Indian Patent Office. This involves preparing a patent specification and submitting it along with the required forms and fees.
