Post Graduate Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology is a 1 year course that provides with the necessary expertise which the candidates need to possess in order to become professional medical officers and technicians in the laboratory. The eligibility of PGD in Medical Laboratory Technology is to have pursued a BSC( With B group) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Zoology, Microbiology, Botany or any other equivalent subjects with a minimum of 45-50% marks. To pursue PGDMLT candidates can directly apply to their preferred colleges as there are no entrance exams for this course. Once the candidates fulfill the eligibility criteria can plan for the course. This course provides analytical skills in different areas of clinical laboratory, clinical research and quality standards.
