Prof. Vinay P. Kanani is a dedicated and skilled Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in production processes and international relations. With a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Windsor, Canada, and a Bachelor's degree from Gandhinagar Institute of Technology, he has developed a robust skill set in leadership, global collaborations, and organizational growth. Currently serving as the Head of the International Relations Cell at Gyanmanjari Innovative University (GMIU) in Bhavnagar, Gujarat, he has been instrumental in establishing global academic partnerships, coordinating international student recruitment, and fostering cross-cultural initiatives. His previous experience as a Production Engineer at Cascade Container Board Packaging in Canada enabled him to optimize production operations, implement lean manufacturing techniques, and resolve production line issues. With certifications in Malaviya Mission Teacher Training and the Study in India Program, Vinay has also contributed to academic and administrative initiatives, such as curriculum design and event coordination. His achievements include successfully signing multiple MOUs with international universities and enhancing the global credibility of the institution's E-Journal by collaborating with foreign professors.
