Information Technology (PLM) Industry Visit

The Department of Information Technology organized an Industry Visit to Qtonz Infosoft Pvt. Ltd., Rajkot on 24 February 2026 for Diploma Semester 2 – Premium Class students. Coordinated by Prof. Japan M. Mavani with the support of student coordinator Mantra Bhatt, the visit aimed to provide students with practical exposure to the professional environment of a software development company. During the visit, students gained insights into software development workflows, project management practices, and the real-world application of academic concepts such as programming, databases, and networking within the IT industry.

Students of Diploma Information Technology participated in a Village Visit as part of the Bridge Course Activity on 19/06/2026. The visit was conducted at Shree Jagdishshwaranand Primary School, Nari, Bhavnagar. Students interacted with school staff and observed rural educational practices, infrastructure, library facilities, life-skill activities, and community-supported development initiatives. The visit helped students understand rural education, social responsibility, cultural values, and community engagement while enhancing their practical learning experience beyond the classroom.

The Industrial Visit to Adite Technologies LLP, Bhavnagar on 11th September 2025, organized for the Diploma IT Premium Program – 1st Semester, offered students exclusive exposure to real-world IT practices and emerging technologies such as React, Flutter, Django, and Flask. Through expert sessions and live demonstrations, they gained practical insights, professional guidance, and industry awareness. This premium experience not only enhanced their technical knowledge but also inspired confidence, innovation, and career readiness, aligning with the program’s vision of shaping future-ready IT professionals.
