On 6 March 2026, the students visited Agrocel Industry Private Limited as a part of their academic industrial visit. The visit was organized to give students an opportunity to gain practical knowledge and real industrial exposure related to chemical industry operations.
The students reached the industry at around 1:00 PM, and the visit continued until 4:00 PM. The plant was in running condition, which allowed the students to observe the working environment of an actual industry. The staff members warmly welcomed the students and gave a brief introduction about the company and its industrial activities.
During the visit, the industry staff explained the overall manufacturing process and plant operations. Students were able to observe various industrial equipment, machinery, and process systems used in the production process. The staff also explained the importance of industrial safety, proper handling of chemicals, and following safety rules while working in chemical industries.
The students were also taken to the laboratory section of the company. In the laboratory, they observed different testing instruments and quality control procedures used to analyze raw materials and finished products. The laboratory staff explained how various chemical tests and analyses are carried out to maintain product quality and ensure safety standards.
The visit provided students with a valuable practical learning experience. It helped them understand how theoretical concepts studied in classrooms are applied in real industrial environments. Students actively interacted with the staff and clarified their doubts about industrial processes and laboratory testing.

Students of Diploma Information Technology participated in a Village Visit as part of the Bridge Course Activity on 19/06/2026. The visit was conducted at Shree Jagdishshwaranand Primary School, Nari, Bhavnagar. Students interacted with school staff and observed rural educational practices, infrastructure, library facilities, life-skill activities, and community-supported development initiatives. The visit helped students understand rural education, social responsibility, cultural values, and community engagement while enhancing their practical learning experience beyond the classroom.
