Expert Talk

The objective of the expert session was to enhance students' understanding of core concepts in Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy, bridge theoretical knowledge with clinical and practical applications, and provide academic guidance for future professional development.

About Expert Session

The expert session was conducted by Dr. Prakash Shah and Dr. R. K. Goyal, who delivered an insightful and interactive lecture on Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy. The session covered fundamental principles, drug classification, mechanisms of action, medicinal plant sources, and therapeutic relevance. The experts shared real-life examples, recent advancements, and examination-oriented tips, which helped students gain clarity and confidence in the subjects. The session concluded with an interactive question-and-answer segment, encouraging active student participation.

Gyanmanjari Pharmacy College (GMPC) has organized an “Expert Talk on Contribution of CSMCRI in Service to the Society by Dr. Kamalesh Prasad, Chief Scientist, Divisional Chair, Marine Natural Products & Bio- Polymers Division Head, Business Development and Information Management Professor, Academy of Scientific and Innovation Research (AcSIR), Ghaziabad, UP, CSIR- Central Salt Marine Chemicals Research Institute, Bhavnagar.

Under the Student Start-up Innovation Policy (SSIP 2.0) of Government of Gujarat GMPC hosted an expert talk event on 21 December 2024 (Saturday). It was a day (3 hours) session conducted and delivered a talk on seaweed farming and various innovation practices.

Expert Talk  was arranged by Gyanmanjari Pharamcy college on 21st April, 2023 of Dr. Sarthak Dave from Stronium Pharmaceutical and Shephire health care. Total approx. 100 students were participated and got upgrade and got detailed information about what is happening in Industry now a days. and What is current needs from Industry.
